What are your rights and options?
You have the right to access, update, delete, receive a copy of, or limit our use of your personal data. When we process personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Please log in to your account to use our application to manage your profile and content. You can also delete your personal information and close your account. If you do not have an Autodesk Account, you can submit a removal request using this form . Subject to applicable law, we may retain certain information about you for legal and internal business purposes, such as fraud prevention.
To request a copy of your personal information in your account, please submit this form . Subject to applicable law, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request, and we may request other forms of verification based on the personal information nature of the request.
Certain legal jurisdictions provide individuals with additional rights with respect to their personal data. Depending on where you live or applicable law, you may also have the right to:
- Object to our processing of your personal data
- Ask us to block or anonymize your personal data where appropriate
- Obtain a copy of your personal data and transfer it to a third party

These rights may be limited in certain circumstances by local law. For example, even if you ask us to delete your personal information, we may still need to retain it to complete a transaction you have requested, comply with our legal obligations, or for other limited business purposes required or permitted by law. To opt-out of certain direct marketing communications, you may visit your Autodesk Account to change your communication preferences, or you may use the unsubscribe link or other instructions provided in the communications you receive. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client, we may refer the request to the relevant client and cooperate with their request processing process in accordance with any special contractual arrangements with that client.
In jurisdictions where required by law, Autodesk websites recognize global privacy controls available in certain web browsers. (For more information about GPC, how to enable GPC, and how to use browsers or browser extensions that incorporate GPC signals, see https://globalprivacycontrol.org/.) If your web browser transmits this signal, Autodesk will opt you out of the use of personal data collected during your browsing session for the purpose of serving advertisements on that browser. We will store your personal information and content on our servers and the servers of our service providers. Because we and our service providers maintain servers around the world, your personal data may be transferred across borders and stored outside of your country or region. We will retain your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary or permitted (and consistent with the purposes for which it was collected). For example, to provide you with the content you are using or have requested, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims and to comply with legal obligations. The criteria we use to determine retention periods include the duration of our relationship with you, the nature and sensitivity of the data processed, whether we have a legal obligation to retain the data, the risk of harm from unauthorised disclosure of the data and whether the purposes of the processing can be achieved by other means. Data may continue to be retained in copies for a period of time for backup and business continuity purposes. As further described below, you can delete information from your account at any time. In some cases, we may not be able to completely delete, anonymize or de-identify your personal data due to technical, legal, compliance or other operational reasons.
